Summary: Normally, I had great respect for my partner.
Musical Stylings
Normally, I had great respect for my partner.
Howell had been a cop for over a hundred years, and he used the experience well. He was smart and loyal, a good role model and better teacher. I was lucky to work with him, and not just because I was also a semi-undead supernatural creature. He had old-fashioned manners, always delivered in such a sincere way that they never felt out of date. In general, it was a good idea to follow his example.
Except when he hummed Katy Perry songs - off-key - along with the radio.
“Driver picks the music, rookie.”
