I was in Europe for about ten days, from May 22 until June 2. I saw lots of monuments, met a lot of interesting people, and saw five different cities, but who cares, because the food was amazing and that's all I really care about. So delicious. It helps that I'm largely unable to imagine what this food tastes like, which helps in my jealousy. But I do want to eat it all. You are mean.

Wow, you are way more adventurous with food than I am, lol. Still, everything looks tasty and I've never even heard of a fair chunk of these dishes.

There were like 5 dishes there that I could live on for the rest of my life!!! (And the beer. lol)

One of the things I miss most about Barcelona is good chorizo in tibidado.
Chorizo from Catalunya is so expensive to import and even then it's not ever the same when I make it ;_________;

The only thing I dont like are escargot ewwww!!!!

*smiles* Im so glad you had such an experience. In puertorrican cuisine, we have a lot of Spain influence... so everything you tried there I have too :)
