My weekend started off on a great note. I woke up on Friday to an email saying I'd gotten the job in France after graduation. Then on Saturday, I went somewhat reluctantly with my mom to Atlantic City to see Bob Seger (she wanted a concert buddy). It was actually fun, too. ( Read more... )

so so so pretty. and one of our group brought a camera, so there are better pictures that i'll have my hands on soon. these are just the ones from my blackberry.

i have an irrational jealous toward that one reporter whose made touching his hair every time they meet her "thing". also remember how much i pay tuition/rent and then don't hate me loll.

Congrats for the job !
I'm from Lille but now I live in Paris. Lille is a great city and people are so nice. And I am not biased, people in Lille are known all around France to be the best ;-)
And the city is a great student pole (is this sentence correct ?). So there are a lot of bars, the nightlife is wild. Less wilder than in NY but great anyway.
I hope you are really going to enjoy you stay. If you have any question or need any tip, fell free to ask ;-)
