I think the ending may have gone exactly the same. Waking up in the 'hospital' room in New York by a nurse that wasn't Peggy. Mostly to keep Steve relaxed long enough to inform him it was nearly 70 years and then inform him Peggy's still alive. I think Peggy was watching alongside Nick Fury. Precaution and I don't think Peggy liked it one bit. And then Steve breaks out and both Peggy and Nick go after him?

I would think Peggy wants to be the nurse desperately, but she'd understand Fury's reasoning that either way it's going to be hard. Why do you think that? I do agree but I'd like to hear your thoughts!
