I've heard his name before, and have seen his art before, but never managed to keep the two connected in my head. Spurred by gomichan I did a search on him tonight, and now I seriously doubt that I will ever forget him again.

Um, that was awesome.

The director of Pan's Labyrinth is also the director of The Devil's Backbone, an amazing film I've loved for years and easily my favourite of the horror genre. And, I loved Pan's Labyrinth. How fucking cool.

After everything that's happened in the last few weeks I have to say that the latest two chapters of One Piece have been an absfuckinlutely wonderful gift of fate.
