heh...yeah..that is the way they gave it to me...and no...no..not burnt. I was actually amazed that all the "layers" came out in the photo since from my perspective it looked more like the one above it

I only wish I had gotten a pic of the inside contents...all greyish and chunky...lovely :)

i dont think ive ever had or heard of croquette... what is it like?

heh...a little hard to describe....some sort of mushy meat-like stuff fried with a hard crunchy coating. I have no idea what was inside of it and something tells me that I didn't want to ask ;)
It tasted ok though.
