Yes, but it;'s also mentioned farther down in the entry, so all is well. And yes, a Disney take would win, except they may change Moby Dick in that one character would be a damsel in distress (candidates, anyone)), Queequeg would be the protagonist, and Ahab the antagonist. And Moby Dick would be dancing and singing with a queue of other whales.

Seriously, though, I don't see why Ishmael can't be both the protagonist and the damsel in distress. Plenty of Disney princesses have pulled it off. (Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, etc.)

Samson and Sally (the English version) is an animated movie about little whales who go search for Moby Dick! There is no singing, only SADNESS. I really liked that movie as a kid.

I loved that movie when I was a kid! My poor grandmother had to sit through it God knows how many times.

I wonder if it's on YouTu- of course it's on YouTube. The internet is amazing.
