Ha! I haven't seen Bono for years, so I didn't realize... But yea, it really should not be a big deal, and "Dr." Keith Ablow is not coming across as either educated, or informed, especially when it comes to terminology. It's not like anyone's trying to fool anyone, so what's the big deal?
"Ablow" is a great name, just putting that out there.
I'm not too keen on Chaz myself, mostly because of the comments he has made about gender (he only acknowledges two), but I'll be watching his doc because my sister-in-law wanted to use that as a conversation starter.
Why are the only (publicly) well-known trans people I can think of Chaz and porn stars?

I am having the same problem. There's Thomas Beattie, too, but apart from that, everyone else is either a porn star or a martyr.
