First thing's first, the flight was really good. Virgin Atlantic seem to go the extra mile for their flights to Japan. The plane wasn't even half full so I had the two seats by the window to myself and could have spread out to four seats in the middle if I'd wanted to ( Read more... )

It seems like my list of disappointments has just grown longer. I just received an e-mail from the ticket agency saying that the separate Golden Circle area at the O2 has now been scrapped for "Health and Safety reasons" so as an alternative they're just allowing early entry to people with the VIP tickets ( Read more... )
