You are an awesome mother and I can only hope we are raising our boys as well as you raised yours.
Yeah, the girl and her family were less than grateful, but she was safe and your son thought enough to make sure of that. This bodes well for his future as a human being. :)
He's a good kid this one and the tweenie was so young to be left so vulnerable. Just loved the look of suspicion as she asked if I had dropped her phone! (cell) As though this was her biggest problem passed out in the rain on the road! Kids, huh! She is lucky that one of mine found her (he has first aid certificates from teaching swimming) and not a predator.
It sure does! Mumsie was quite annoyed at being woken. LOL...still, the tweenie is home safe, and even though her beloved cell isn't working, I suspect she'll have a new one by days end!
Oh, heck! But you and your kid did the right thing, so that's great.
It's not really a stretch though to see as Momsie has apparently screwed up priorities where the kid got its attitude from, huh? Sad sad sad things happen :(
Yep, spoilt child is the product of the over indulged mother it would seem. But, my kid did me proud and that's all that matters! One for the good guys! Brat safe and sound! She weighed less than my son's gym bag he laughed!
Thanks Cleo, my kids know the difference between what's the right thing to do and what the easy thing to do is. Loved the girls hopeful look, maybe this sucker will buy me another cell!! LOL
