Today at lunch. Maya's exceedingly rumbunctious and hits her hand on the table. Me, concerned: "Did you hit it? Does it hurt?" Maya, with big eyes and urgency in her voice, immediately sticking the hand almost into my face: "Yes! Kiss it!"
Glad that in this household, we can still consider TLC as viable alternative medicine.

Maya's bedtime ritual includes, besides bath and 'Amens', reading with either one of us (Daddy always gets top billing), and then hiding a different book under her pillow.
So that she can read that one when she wakes up in the morning.

The temporary filling post-root-canal fits poorly and feels like something sharp is stuck between my teeth. It's driving me nuts. :(
