Today I had the misfortune to encounter a few dozen complete idiots.
How are they idiots? They were members of a mailing list. Each message that goes out to the list contains the following:

TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THIS LIST - Send an e-mail message to: [membership@department] In your message, simply type "unsubscribe" in either the subject

Hello - I remember this string of emails and we all shared in your frustration. My apologies that you found my request to be removed from the list "idiotic". I spend a lot of time in meetings, so when I return to my desk, I try to plough through emails as quickly as possible, admittedly without always reading the fine print. Obviously, this is not always the best policy and I have since made an effort to me more careful. Since the incident is a year old would you mind please removing this post? I don't care to have my name and email address associated with it. Thank you. Christina
