I'm an avid subscriber to crediting. This means that I respect and encourage everyone to do so, and I believe that it's not a hard concept to understand. The only time I use other people's work is MSN... but well, that's MSN and a dp -_- lol I can't exactly credit even if I wanted to! lol
Crediting will always be a problem no matter what. I can't imagine what it will be like, if for some odd reason, someone took my photo. I think I'll seek them out and kill them. Okay not literally, but I will explode at them and spam them with hate mail if they do not give credit purposely. xD
And "Just imagine someone mimicking everything you do and love (oh yes, we all know at least one person like that)" lmao

Yea, when I don't know who it's from, I'd add on something about how I don't know who it's by, and that the person should let me know its theirs (if they happen to see it) so that I -can- credit them properly. (e.g. with LJ icons) Otherwise, you see the DA links that I post when I plug in the nice little art pieces by other people. :) (example: here)

Yes boo to people... no, it wasn't anything stolen from me again, thank goodness, but I just keep hearing about so many incidences these days that it just seemed necessary to make a post about it. ^^;
