Why are you not open on a Saturday???

Tried a new restaurant today...the Cornbread Cafe in Eugene off of 7th. The serve completely vegan food. I got the Phish & Chips and tygati got The Eugenewich. The place was packed and there was only one poor guy manning all of the tables. The food was pretty good as were the prices...a nice selection. However, the upkeep of the cafe was really poor. The
