Well, we got the call from the vet at 2:30 am to transfer Morgana to the major vet hospital in our area. We brought her there, and talked with their vet, and found out that the two options left that might save her life were A: drive her to Auburn for dialysis (approx $4000-5000) or B: drive her to a university in NC for a kidney transplant ($10000 ( Read more... )

So yeah, on top of Sean and I losing the baby two weeks ago, our cat, Morgana, is now in acute renal failure. So, my sister brought us some purple lilies to help cheer us up last week, and apparently, lilies can be fatal to cats.
