I'm not that into mecha--not into it at all, actually--but I'm going to have to watch Code Geass for at least a bit, because I understand the protagonist's name is Lelouche. Lelouche. How cool a name is that? I'm changing my own name to that right now and I don't even know anything about the guy.
code geass,
stuff

Also, he can control minds. And he's a psychopath. Have fun with the show!

Code Geass is totally insane and over-the-top, and the world is a better place for its existence. I really hope you enjoy it.

I've been watching a new anime called Nabari no Ou. And it is delicious! Check it out here. Have to be a member to see and download but definitely check it out if you have the spare time! The slash undertones makes me a happy fangirl. And so many delectable boys.
You might also want to check out the anime Spiral. The main character solves mysteries as well, but he's the cliched 'good guy'. However, it's worthwhile to check out. It's been many years since I saw it (watched it way back in '02 when it come out) so I don't remember the plot very well but the way the crime scenes are laid out and later on solved are original. And the mysterious 'Blade Children' run ya through a loop.

But you have to take into account the fact that the little bastards on the playground would start calling him 'Lelouche the douche'. Which is why I'm never having children. :(

No matter what your kid is named it will be made fun of. I agree it would be better not to set them up for it with something that rhymes with "douche." But I remember Matt Groening displaying a list of kids' names and how every one of them would be perverted on the playground. Amber=Spamber, Matt=Matt the Rat, etc. I just read yesterday how Selma Blair said she was called "Smell-ma" as a kid.

LOL the icon is from a comic strip called 'Menage a 3'. I read this particular one, and I was like, "My god, this girl is my soulmate!", hee hee.
