I've been trying to sleep off my holidays and I wasn't even going to actually watch more than the premiere of 24. And then I was kinda hooked, gave in and watched all of season 7 (so far) last night.

I was so bummed about Methos (possibly) biting it because... well... he's MUTHAFUKINMETHOS and Peter Wingfield just makes ANYTHING automatically, ( Read more... )

I know, right? I was lukewarm for the premiere. But was kind of into it at the same time. By the latest episode, I'm hooked.

That makes me happy. Because thats what 24 used to be like. The season would start off 'meh' and then become 'america! fuck yeah!'

Renee isn't bad. Actually, i enjoy a lot of the new characters this season. Maybe because it is different. So you're not seein new versions of dead characters.

And as for Tony, I'm just going to buy into it. Because honestly, something sparked back with the characters when he came back.

By the latest episode, I'm hooked.Not to mention there has to be some Jon Voigt ev0lness at some point. To tell you the truth, I'm going to kinda snicker at that because the corrupt politicians on 24 are always charismatic and razor sharp and you can feel the attraction to the Dark Side, whereas in reality they're more squarely on the Dumb Fuck side like Blagojevich ( ... )

Plus there was all that slamming and grabbing and talking in the low, growly, deadly voice. To quote some dude's blog: "Bauer is so getting some at the end of this day."

I like her so far because she's intense like Jack, hopefully she won't fall into annoying territory as the day progresses.

I have no idea what you're talking about. Lol. But I just wanted to say HI! I had a brief scroll through my LJ and seems you've been travelling...Poland, right? Can't wait to get all the details. I've been gone so long and I've got sooo much catching up to do.

Oh, and I know I said I wouldn't, but I started watching Lost again. Couldn't keep away, after all! Sadly though, I'm not as attached to the characters, not even Jack. Never thought I'd be saying that...:-/

Hi dere! How was school? Was the break from online life fruitful? :)

I did go to Poland, met with my two Poland flisters there and I had a great time with them, I'm really lucky to have the friends I've managed to make online.

Which is why I don't really regret anything about getting obsessed with Lost, but I have absolutely zero interest in what happens to those people. I watch Jack's scenes because he'll always be my first and only tv boyfriend love so don't feel too bad about going back to the abusive husband-like tv affair. ;)

Nah, the break was not so fruitful, since I was still distracted by other things, but going back home to SL for a holiday was. The sun and sea worked miracles on my mood! :-D

Lost...it feels like I'm watching an entirely different show from S1/2. But, I'm trying to put that mountain of wistfulness aside for a little, because I can't deny that a part of me is really curious as to how it all ends. And MF is still pretty no matter what they do with Jack, hehehe.

I miss reading your posts at the Den at the Fuse. Even though most of the time I lurked I still miss your character break downs of Jack and even your Jack perving. I miss you! The Den is not the same without you.

As for 24, I love this season so far and the red head is kicking ass and taking names and I love it.

I hope you enjoyed Poland.

Hey! That's very nice of you, thanks for stopping by. I'll have pretty pictures to stare at soon and I do watch the Jack scenes so I'll drop by just to say how smoking hot he looks if nothing else. :p I'm not interested in the plot.

New 24 tonight! I wasn't going to get excited about it, but I guess I really want to see Mulder and Scully Only with Torture in action.

Found this post via google alert. To be honest, this is the first season of 24 I have ever watched. And I'm only watching it because Peter is in it this season. I'm really truly hoping Emerson isn't dead.

Plus Jon Casser was a lot of fun at Peter's fanclub trip this last November.

Whoa, I got a google hit??? :)

I have very found memories of Highlander, it's probably the beginning of my obsessive fangirl streak, but I'm serious about Peter just making ANYTHING so much cooler. He's extremely charismatic. He made wearing Tok'ra sheep skin on Stargate WORK, dammit! :)

24 is ridiculous fun when it's at its best and it's been much better this season. I really hope this isn't the end of Emerson and I don't want to be dumb and typecast Peter even more, but... a part of me stays hopeful because they haven't cut off his head yet. :D

You guys took a fanclub trip? Cool.
