I guess I forgot to tell you that I followed your rec and watched The Big Bang Theory :). I found out lately that I'm awfully picky when it comes to first episodes and some minor things can keep me from watching... but BBT made me laugh a few times in their first epi so I decided to keep watching and now I'm hooked :). Sheldon is amazing (though I wouldn't want to live anywhere near him :P) and the rest of the characters is very likeable too. so... thank you very much for the rec :).

The movie theaters are still open on Christmas day. This year I am probably doing that myself since right now things are so screwed up with my family right no this year I don't thing I am doing anything "christmasy" either.

Hi!

I have a baby niece and I was excited about spending Christmas with her cause her parents were supposed to go on vacation and leave her with me and her grandma, but now it turns out they're not going anymore and meh... I don't care about the rest of the family so Christmas Schmismas, I'm probably going to lay in bed and watch Dexter marathons on my laptop. I'm too lazy to even drag myself out to the movies, plus... since you asked... I used to write movie reviews for a magazine, but I think my interest in cinema died with the 90s. I've watched a grand total of TWO movies this year and don't really planning on seeing any in the future. I think Hollywood's just lost me as a client.

I agree that the movies over the years Hollywood has been making have been crap.

Sadly I feel the same way about telivision these days too. Besides LOST and Prison Break, everything else is either a crappy reality show or if it is scriped reused plot line. I miss good movies and shows that had originality.
