Pump some iron! It burns the fat around the clock. For every pound of muscle you build you burn 50-75 more calories a day. I've become obsessed with working out.

I don't look much different, really. But I've gotten much stronger and there are some random nooks, cranies, and lines that are starting to take shape. The human body is amazing.

i, myself, have just shopped the speed rope out of the closet. back to boxing, again. i want my ass & upper thighs to be sculpted.

Sho' nuff. Get that booty in gear!

I calculated that I lost 10 pounds of fat and gained 8 pounds of muscle. I need to do some butt exercises. I don't want to lose too much ass!
