Anyone active on this thing anymore...

I'm pretty much done with LiveJournal, which is probably pretty obvious. Unfortunately, it's too much to keep up with. I work on the Web 60+ hours a week, and having my eyes glued to a monitor, reading countless journal posts, as a means of entertainment just doesn't work for me. If anyone has any tickets for the sold-out Matisyahu show tomorrow night at Bogarts to sell to me, let me know. Or you could give them to me. I'd be down with that.

Why I just didn't go ahead and charge the tickets when they first went on sale is beyond me.

Today, I think it has happened. My kitchen has been completed, not by another expensive cabinet from Home Depot, and not by yet another purchase from Target. But from a lucky find, thanks to the St. Vincent de Paul on Este. Thank you, patron saint of charities ( Read more... )

This week my living room will be populated with furniture--finally! I bought a brown leather couch at Macy's today, and an end table and sofa table at Value City Furniture.
