Chewy cookies are the BEST! I even prefer Oreos after they've gone stale and are soft. :-)

I roll them with my hands before I roll them in the sugar, then I flatten them with a spatula before they go in an oven.

Probably because I only made 2 dozen! I am going to do it again. They are amazing. A hint of blueberry! I see they have strawberry and apricot syrups as well,. I might do a trifecta!
