Hello flisters! So. I love cocktails when other people make them for me, and I like making them, if I have a reason. Like Holidays! Woo! And I know y'all agree. So I'm going to share some cocktail recipes with you, and maybe you'll share some in the comments! What do you make on the holidays? What have you always wanted to try? Got

IRON CURTAIN: shotglass, half Jägermeister, half Vodka

VODKA TONICS! (drink em half and half, you know you want to)

GIN TONICS! (for when you have no vodka, same applies)

SINGLE MALT

Fucking PIMMS

I don't think I have any really "holiday" ones, but here are a couple of my usuals:

Girl Scout Cookie
1 shot Rumpleminze or however you spell it
1 shot kahlua
6-8oz milk

Avada Colada (more of a summer drink, inspired by a fic by subvers with said drink in it)
1 shot Malibu
1 shot Midori
pineapple juice to taste
green food coloring if you want (I don't usually bother, though ideally it should be very green like the curse)
add ice and blend for frozen version

At FANGIRL DINNER PARTY! I made chocolate/peppermint martinis by bastardizing two different recipes. They were somehow a hit!

2 oz chocolate liqueur
2 oz vodka
1 oz creme de menthe
about 3 or 4 oz milk or cream
Shake over ice

Bitch of it is, it takes friends in the UK or Canada to get it thru customs because the US liquor laws suck and the pretty pretty bottles dont conform. Mind you, I HAVE FRIENDS who travel so I have er... TWO Bottles currently. Goooooood SHIT.

That vanilla vodka is good with, I think, Diet Coke? There's something you can mix with it which makes the whole thing taste like cream soda.

Then you forget it's alcoholic and fall into a well.
