FAVOURITES:
9 - This is adorable. Love the vibrancy of the colors, yellow is a good background color for the blue.
#9 - This icon is absolutely adorable! The composition is wonderful too. I love that you layered the two together, as opposed to leaving them a part.

LEAST FAVOURITES:
09 - I think the penguins could be a little better defined from the background, the way it is, they look like blue blobs on the background. I would suggest maybe not having the text in the background be so dark, or even outlining the area where the penguins are in the gold color to make them stand out more. I do love the idea, but I think some tweaks could be made to make it more composed.
09 - I really like what you tried to do with this icon but the end result is just way too busy! The penguins get lost in the numbers.

ADDITIONAL:09 - I love the composition and colour scheme of this icon! It's really pretty. I think the colouring is a bit flat though, and perhaps some gradients and brightness could really fix that up

03 - I think you were trying to blur it or something for the soft effect?? idk but it seems a little blur and I don't really know what's going on. The text isn't very readable either.
03 - I find it very hard to read the text, I think that if it was a bit larger, or a different font, it would have improved the icon a lot.

ADDITIONAL:
03 - The blending in this icon is flawless! The text is a bit distracting though.

FAVOURITES:
1 - FANTASTIC, OMG. I love the contrasting silhouette effect going on here, the colors chosen are also perfect. I like the faint grain/texture shadowing them too. I like it a whole lot.
01 - I love the bright colors, and the split panel look is very clean and fun~
01 - I love the composition of this, and how well everything blends together. I do want to point out though that Ichigo's orange hair and the orange background kind of blend together a bit too much. 01 - I like the complexity of the icon and how the contrast has been shown between the characters.

#1 - I love the colors, the composition, and the general idea a lot. However, the cut outs aren't very clean, and the hair of the subjects, especially the right one, are overly sharp.

FAVOURITES:
02 - I really love the colours you've chosen here! The blue is really gorgeous and not to mention your texture use is great and not cluttered.
2 - Love how natural the blending looks in this icon, it looks like it's an actual image! Lovely contrasting colors and gradient as well.
02 - There's such a nice balance of bright and rich coloring that gives the icon body. The manipulation is well done, and the text looks very clean.
02 - I really love the crop and composition in this icon! I would kind of liked to have seen how it would look with the text a bit lower though?
#2 - Wow! Love this! The colors are very attractive, and the text is perfect.
02 - I like the sharpening of the images and how well they are blended together.

08 - Aaah I like your composition and how the colours have turned out! Your colouring is really amazing omg ;A;
08 - The soft coloring and use of textures is so well put together and looks so gentle and comforting.
08 - Holy crap this icon is perfect gorgeous and FLAWLESS. I didn't even realized that you'd colored the image yourself until I got around to clicking the original icon! You did a great job redrawing the girl's head, too.

8 - Lovely coloring and recreation of parts of their heads! Love the lights you have here as well. The only thing I would improve on this icon would be to up the contrast a bit, it looks a bit too faded, but the overall effect is lovely. :)
#8 - I really like how you colored this, and how you centered it in the icon. It seems a little LQ though -- pixelly.
08 - I really like how soft the colouring looks in this icon but the top left seems obscured by the textures.
