Okay, this bunny has been bothering me ever since I read icedark_elf's story Thy Willful Enemy. (Read it! btw.) She fed the bunnies so I blame this intirely on her. *sulk*

Oh dear dear! Cloud is Rufus' half-brother! I don't know to be happy for him cuz he's got such a handsome brother, or to be upset for him to have such a ugly wretched dad. :P

Aaanyway, this prologue spells a lot of potential already! I wonder how will the interaction between Cloud and the others be? Is Cloud gonna be all unsure and uncertain, or is he the type who really knows what he wants to do and to be? We need to know his backstory, man~! XDDD

Totally meming this and eagerly waiting for updates! ^^

*is happy* I'm glad you enjoyed it! I can't really tell you too much about Cloud without giving a lot of stuff away but rest assured that I'm planning an interlude either before of after chapter one that should explain a few things.

Aw, poor Cloud be an experement for who knows how long XP but Rufus kinda/sorta/not really stood up for him! Probably as far as Shinra family loyalty will go. Has cloud been part of the SOLDIGER program or is he going to appear out of nowhere with a high rank?

He's not really part of the military. The rank is just a formality so no gets pissy when he tries to tell them what to do. When this assignment ends, the rank does too. I'll be specifying that in the story soon, so no worries.

Pissy Hojo is always good, and now I want to know more about Cloud's background and -how- he ended up as Specimen C even being Rufus's half brother. One who Rufus seems somewhat protective of.

Sounds veeery interesting. I'll definitely stay tuned to this fic. Loved the interaction between the committee members, btw. They all strike me as this disagreeing bunch who would love nothing more than to abandon any meeting to fight with each other. ^^

(One tiny thing, though... and please don't take it the wrong way, but your prologue seems to be missing punctuation marks in places, such as full stops and exclamation marks. It's a bit confusing to read. Maybe you could fix this?)
