YOU, ON THE OTHER HAND, like what you have, but it's just not done. You could totally finish it and post a "sequel" that truly ends it, and post extras for the scenes you had to cut because they weren't right yet.
Personally, I like stories that don't always wrap up with a neat ending anyway. Oh sure, I bitch and complain about how there wasn't an ending, but after I have a little time to process it, I usually end up liking it.

Use what you have so far and complete it, but do it for you. :) It's your story, so make it what you want it to be. And I really like the "extras" idea... that way you don't stress yourself out over trying to fit everything back together and change your whole story around. Just move on and focus on getting it done and telling the story-- not necessarily on making it 100% perfect.
I really loved the story. It was fantastic, and the story idea was really great. Your characters are also amazing. I really loved the quirks that you gave each character, and if you feel up to it, you should definitely continue writing and editing-- do what YOU want with it. :)
