We both woke up at around 9:30, went to Starbucks for coffee and then drove to the

What sort of exercise are you doing and what are you eating? What do you eat in the morning before your workouts so you don't pass out into a quivering glob of hunger? Today I ate a little thing of cottage cheese and then went to the gym and halfway through I started shaking and getting light headed because I didn't eat enough. I don't want that to happen again.

I do an hour every day of cardio, either an hour on the elliptical or a 3+ mile trail walk that's mostly hills. I eat between 1300 and 1600 calories a day, a mostly vegetarian diet with the occasional exception of fish. I mostly work out in the evenings but if I have to do it in the morning I go early, right after I've woken up because I find I'm not hungry and I don't need to eat anything. But if I'm going to eat breakfast before I work out, I have an egg white omelet with mushrooms and cheese, a whole wheat english muffin and some fruit. It's about 300 calories, it doesn't make me too full and gives me protein and carbs.
I also drink a lot of water, probably 12+ cups a day because it keeps me from feeling too much like my stomach is empty which I sometimes mistake for hunger.
Good luck, you can do it :)
