I'm no good at being sick

I'm in a hospital gown, I have an IV, I'm about to drink a bunch of foul stuff so they can do a cat scan, lying flat on my back makes me cry and I want my mom. The doctor thinks it might be appendicitis.

This is just way outside my comfort zone. I've never been in the hospital, I never get sick.

The morphine's starting to kick in. Maybe I'll read

I know it must be scary, but I'm thinking about you. I hope it all gets better soon. Definitely read some fic! I actually read some of your fic last night.
