Spring Cleaning

I've changed my journal layout a bit. I felt I need a spring-like layout and this is both spring-like and reminds me to keep exercising :) The new icon is courtesy of one of the fine folks over in obama_2008. I love it!

I had a great birthday week last week.

Thanks!! As soon as I get the pics from Friday, I will post them. They're on other peoples cameras.

The pilates bands sounded like what you described from working with your personal trainer, but they may be a completely different animal. Mine are red, yellow and blue and kind of resemble strips from a very large balloon.

BTW, the guy I knocked speechless? Is the guy I'm kinda sorta pursuing at work ;)
