I can't believe I haven't been updating for 8 weeks, like my home screen just told me. We have been busy--we've been to Utah, kids' sports adfinitum, illnesses, and I just went to the premiere of New Moon the other day. Also, my husband and I had a rare date night last night and saw "The Blind Side" which I highly recommend to you all ( Read more... )

Callie!! *hugs* I'm always pleasantly surprised when I hear from you because, honestly, if I was in Paris, I would disappear--so I appreciate you always checking in. And yes, I think you have it correctly, I have never liked talking about myself most probably because I don't think anyone will care. Except close friends and relatives or whatnot. Plus my days are usually "did the laundry, listened to the kids fight until I lost my mind, cooked dinner" BORINGGGGG. But I appreciate you saying that. *hugs again ( ... )

Yes yes yes, I have been meaning to tell you guys that forever. I am so bad at texting and my previous plan didn't allow me to do it without massive fees, so I am so glad we changed everything up and got a phone that a disabled texter like me can use. I'll go check your journal for sure.

I just read your reply to Callie in which you said you don't like talking about yourself because you don't think anyone will care but I am totally with her that I am *so glad* you checked in because even though I've got you on facebook and we have comment conversations in my journal on occasion, I MISSES YOU. A lot. In fact, I was just thinking of you the other night so I replied to your comment on my "opt in poll" post and then I realized you probably wouldn't even see it because you don't get email notifications.

Anyway, that dream was 10 kinds of crazy but hey. You got to make out with Sulu and he's a hottie so I am not judgin'. In fact, I'm probably jealous. I haven't had any in a dream in SO LONG I can't even remember. Sam, Dean and Castiel need to get on that one. I NEED SOME AFRICAN DREAM ROOT DAMMIT!!!!!! :-)

WATCH SUPERNATURAL, also. I can't say more than that because I do not wish to spoil you. WATCH IT!!!!!!!!

LOLOL I wonder what my hallucinogenic dreams would be like with African Dream Root...whoa. And I was just describing him more to Vickie (see below) and got myself worked up all over again...is it possible to continue a dream to another night if you concentrate hard enough?

I misses you too. For some reason, I just haven't felt like the capslock squeeing about various fandoms like I used to...just getting old or whatnot, I don't know. Maybe it's a phase. Maybe it's real life wearing me down...but I know I'll have plenty to say once I finally watch spn 5X10.

We will be at my husbands family's house in Northridge. His parents live in Palos Verdes, so we will be there too. You live in Northern, I know. Sigh.

The more I think about that dream, my Asian gangsta boyfriend was more of a lovely cross between John Cho (thanks for providing his name) and the HOTTT dude from Wolverine that was a gun expert who died in the helicopter crash at the end (which was a crying shame). So he was just kickin'.

the ninja in Wolverine is played by Daniel Henney...*swooons* You should watch those Korean dramas with him in it, oh, it's panty AND brain melting. heehee, you have a thing for Koreans, since Cho and Henney are both lovely Koreans.

I remember his name now....I looked him up after I saw that movie. He is delish. And I never really had a thing for John Cho, so I don't know where that subconscious desire for him to have his way with me came from?????

Yes, it really HAS been 2 months... I've been waiting and watching. I'm sorry, but your little facebook status updates just don't cut it. I read them, but they leave me wanting. YOU MUST KEEP YOUR BLOG. I really hate how fb is usurping blogging....

I love your dream - it is reminiscent of my bizarre dreams, though I don't have nearly enough making out going on in mine. Even so, my dream life is really far more entertaining than my waking life most the time....

My dream life is much more exciting, hands down. And usually my dreams don't have the making out part and I was very pissed that I was woken up right at the good part--why does that always happen?

I will keep a blog, but I may switch to blogger when this lj membership runs out. Maybe I'll keep this one to record my weird dreams, there are so many...

LOLOL... Awesome dream. Maybe it means you're supposed to get a part time job at some sort of mini mart. And watch out for the Sulu-looking characters who try to rob you. (And in the meantime, blog more often) :)

I, like my mother, have very crazy and vivid dreams at times. Last night was one of them. I went from being a surgical nurse (?) and had somehow skipped all the schooling and was scared I would soon be found out, and then a few minutes later, I hopped on a hot air balloon (with my family) from some building downtown and it took my whole family right from SLC to a hotel in Disneyland. It was fabulous.
