Appliance shopping (not bra shopping) - Flybuys finally had something worth buying with the points I've accumulated over many years, so I'm now the proud owner of a food dehydrator, and I'm currently making biltong-flavoured jerky using the recipe here. I made four trays of jerky the other day. It lasted less than 24 hours in this house, despite Dan being a vegetarian.

More is in the works. Dehydrators are awesome!

That lot lasted 13 hours... But people at work were sampling it, and my boss said it was the best thing he'd tasted in a long time, and kept eating it. I probably at more than half of it.
