Heat regulation was a bit funny after that, kept feeling cold then hot. Visual disturbances weren't as bad as earlier, though I still felt like I had an incoming migraine.

Have you tried regular and fairly deep shoulder massages?

Yes, and they work quite well, but are prohibitively expensive.

Craig obviously needs training. Or you need one of my mains power non-dodgy use1 vibrators.

1: They can be used for dodgy purposes, but only if you're really robustly built...

I was jealously eyeing up the massage chairs and pillows that they were selling at the Home & Garden Show on Saturday. They were bloody good, but the cheapest pillow was $299. The best chair was about $5000.

It's a structural defect, so not injury related. My right shin bone is about 2cm shorter than the other, which throws everything out of kilter. I have scoliosis as a result and the top vertebrae of my neck is rotated significantly and shifted sideways.
About the only time I ever get any significant relief is when I've additionally screwed up my back etc through injury, so treatment gets covered by ACC.

If you asked nicely, I'm sure someone could put you in armour and hit you with a stick to see if you needed to go to physio...
