I can def. tell when I am taking my supplements and when I am cutting back. most of them have an obvious effect. I think the sicker one becomes or the more sensitive a person is, the more they notice it. People who do not pay attention to their bodies or people who are not sensitive do not seem to notice anything.
The only supplements I can't tell differences in are Vitamin A & D. I know i need them, but the only way i can tell i have taken them is that i get greasy nasty skin. ..which is not a good thing. :( But i know i need them. I just don't need the extra clogged skin they seem to create.
