Today was "eye exam day" for Miss Kathryn and myself.

My eyes are a mess. I'm terribly near-sighted. I had undiagnosed high blood pressure for years and the combination of long eyeball, stretched too the max and stressed with hypertension led to a condition that's rare in people under 70: macular degeneration. Miss K and I have had a nice day (I'll be SO glad when Michael's working a "regular" job). We did some clean up and hit the movies. "Madascar 2" was her movie of choice. It was pretty cute!
