I had my gallbladder removed Friday. We went in at 6 am, surgery started around 7:30, and I was home by 1:00 something.  Like when I had my c-section, my blood pressure went berserk afterwards .. 200 over 112, was the last number I saw. I walked a whole mile tonight!  My first!

May not sound like much, but it's double what I started at a couple of months ago!

Today was "eye exam day" for Miss Kathryn and myself.

My eyes are a mess. I'm terribly near-sighted. I had undiagnosed high blood pressure for years and the combination of long eyeball, stretched too the max and stressed with hypertension led to a condition that's rare in people under 70: macular degeneration.
