Went back to my doctor today for my two week follow up , to check on my toe.  Evil, evil man.  Oh sure, he's good looking.  Oh sure, he's been a great doctor for 20 years, but he's got a mean streak in him, that closet sadist.  ;)

I had a planters wart on the bottom of my heel once. I got it while managing at a pool. Big mistake walking around barefoot where rug-rats walk. I had to have weeks of cut cut, freeze freeze.

Y'know, it would'a' been okay to kick your foot while screaming, even if... someone... got hit by it. Then the doc would'a' had to call in a nurse or orderly, and you would have had a witness to justifyable homicide. :-)

I wasn't close enough to being that in control/capable of rational thought - I was focusing on breathing, deeply, slowly, focusing on ANYthing but that searing sensation I felt on my poor wee toe :( Which still seriously hurts :(

i guess he hasn't heard of 'anesthesia' .. at least a hundred years ago they used to give you a 'whiskey bottle to slurp on' .. before they said, 'this might hurt a bit' ..
