Soooo Breaking Dawn came out this week (well, last Saturday actually) and I finished reading it today.  All in all, I liked it. If I were to rank it, it'd placed 2nd or 3rd with Twilight being number 1 and New Moon being number 4 .  I'll have to reread Eclipse again because or the life of me, I can't remember anything that happened in that book.

I agree with pretty much all you said. Jacob's PoV was my favorite part of the book, the rest did feel a bit off but... I was okay with it over all.

I wanted there to be so much more with the Volturi especially because it felt like there had to be something huge coming. I mean... the Romanians were there and so were the 'wives' who I was sure were going to pull some incredible siren/banshee like power but then it was like.... so flat. Ah well.

I know SM is releasing a guide to her series so that's a bit more but I'm hoping she'll continue the series somehow. All those new covens... it just feels like there is so much more.

lol...i totally agree with the whole build up and nothing coming out of it..all the other books had action and this one was built up sooo well to come out with "ok well theres plenty of evidence lets go" FUCK U lol..everything else was duh...and then the babys name yeah no so fucking fond of it...i cringed when she said it...seriously? nothing popped into her head better?! REALLY?!! renesmee...ugh...lol

Yeah, I guess I expected a big crazy fight scene too; but that was about it. I <3ed Jacob's POV-- his chapter titles were just so much more entertaining than Bella's. XD

But I liked Renesmee. XDD I thought it was cute. And she herself is cute. =)

The Alice/Bella friendship was in the beginning, and the Jacob/Rosalie was priceless, yeah. I was kind of thinking it'd end JacobLeah, but I can see why it didn't. All in all, I just liked it.

And yeah, there was a lot of sex. But then Bella had seemed super sex starved from the very beginning... XD
