This is a really good depiction of how wanting something bad enough can't always make it be yours. It just sucks because Taemin will always have to sit by and watch Kibum love someone else, someone who is probably better for him.

……………………I AM REALLY SORRY HALF OF MY REPLY IS MISSING. Okay so I was saying after the first line that I really like to think about the things we cannot have no matter how much we picture ourselves with them because it is kinda the human struggle when desires attack us. We don't switch them on or off, one day we wake up and see something and there is this craving and it draws us in no matter which are our ideas about it. The rest of the time it is about what we do with that. In Taemin's case, he is the one making up his whole story, but I do think that sometimes we do that to avoid stuff. Sometimes we make of ourselves the villains of the story in our head~ hehe but who knows, who knows.

Yeah, it is bittersweet because it is like watching leave someone you hold so dear to your heart and being unable to do anything to stop the increasing of that distance. There is this poem I'm thinking about right now that goes "I will love you in silence… like something unattainable, like a dream I will never fulfill, and the distant perfume of my impossible love will caress your hair… and you will never know it"
I think many of us can relate with one-sided loves, especially when it comes to thinking about those mixed-up feels you have towards the person that is with the one you like. Many of us tend to think in the end that person we like surely is better off with who they are right then~ dunno, love to give Taemin a hard time haha.
