Modern Family is such a hilarious show! It's definitely my favorite out of the new ones. And I love Phil! He's so clueless... and mentally younger than any of the kids.

I absolutely love Modern Family, I've seen all the episodes so far at least 4 times each.

And yeah you're definitely right, he is a cross of Micheal and Andy. And though he can come of as creepy sometimes I think Phil's hilarious.
