I actually hadn't seen this one before-- for some reason I thought that I'd caught it several years back, but when we brought it up on Netflix none of it looked familiar. Anyway, I really loved it-- snarky humor, and the creature design was great

Yeah, that's one of those classic-for-a-reason movies. Funny and scary and creature effects that hold up surprisingly well.
