It is, in fact, a long, annoying conversation with Scott. But Rogue's a hell of a lot more stubborn than most people, including Cyclops. And the using Cerebro as quarters argument is sort of difficult to break down. It was safer than some random place in the middle of nowhere anyway, even if the school was full of people.
