There's nothing like driving home about 1am after work only to see police cherries turned on behind you. It'll just about give you a heart attack every time. I'm thinking "okay a couple lights ago it turned yellow on me as I crossed the intersection. Is he gonna get me for that?" So I'm at home this weekend....and it has just made me realize how much I love small town america in the fall. This Labor Day weekend ended up being full of good times. I worked 10 hours on Thursday and Friday was a 12-1/2 hour day at work so I knew I had to have some fun this weekend for a payoff. I'm officially moving into my new apartment on Monday. Starting at least. The only things I have now, which is probably a blessing in disguise, is my clothes, TV, DVD player, cd player, and coffee grinder! Throughout the week and weeks to come I'll be furnishing it.
