Has your doc ordered a blood test? That's the only way to know for sure, according to WebMD.

The blood test is being done. We're waiting on results. The doc is suspicious because I hit a lot of the classic symptoms for it, including a mild goiter and a heavy-duty family history of autoimmune issues.
