Well, I had my third knee surgery yesterday. The doctor said that she found a LOT of scar tissue, so she removed all that. Then she cut the end of my muscle, about where it meets the tendon, to release my knee cap, so it won't grind so much on my cartilage. It also turns out that I have stage 2 arthritis. I had a total freak out yesterday when I realized, at 11 o'clock at night, that my whole day's work was for naught, because I had written down a measurement wrong. I went jogging tonight for a few minutes...I like jogging in cold air better than hot, but it's hard to breath.

Lately (meaning last night and once a couple weeks ago and tonight) I've taken to sleeping in my sweatshirt under my comforter and down throw...
