I'd be tempted to mark it with red pen and send it back with a mark out of 10.

Not that I've ever done that to junk mail before... no... never...

Do it! Do it! I hate how my local realtor ignores the very big, very red 'no junk mail' sign on my letter box, because obviously a cold call letter, typed out and in a blank envelope, delivered by hand, isn't junk mail.
