I wrote a poem in English the other day while listening to a fellow classical singer and thought I'd post it here. Imagine it, if you will, sung in a jaunty Tom-Lehrer-like way (which would also take care of its metric, ahem, irregularities).

Maybe you should print this out, make it into a paper aeroplane, and then, if you have to listen to her sing again, throw it at her head. Very hard. :-D

Ha! Leave it to you to think of the best ways of presenting artistic criticism. ;) Then again, maybe I should whip out a ukulele and sing it there and then. Would have to find a melody first, I guess. (Speaking of which, I've resumed work on the artistic masterpiece that is/will be the bawdy ballade. How long till the next series of Merlin? ;))
