Andrew had been laughing with his mates when he heard his name. He turned to see the Ravenclaw looking right at him. It didn't completely surprise him to see him there.

"I gotta go," he said, before gathering his things. This wasn't a conversation he wanted to have around friends.

"That's me. Boot, right?"

He gave a curt nod, then motioned with his head to let Kirke lead the way ahead of him. It was almost amusing to think which topic to approach first... Many or his father. Almost.

"Seems like we have a couple of things in common, eh mate?" Terry smirked, his leading question obviously feeling out the other boy's opinion on everything. He wasn't sure if Andrew knew about his close friendship with Mandy.

"It would seem," he said, half laughing. He felt a little awkward, to say the least.

Andrew didn't really expect to meet Terry this way - it was a little sudden. But it was better than anything formal that Mandy would have set up.

"Dad's been talking about someone for a while now, just hadn't been interested til he mentioned the last name and it sounded familiar," he drawled casually, watching Kirke for any (Any) reaction or emotion in his face. That's what Boots do... they read people.
