hi,i don't have any advice.but I've heard a lot about laxatives and I really don't know what they are..what kind do u get?and what works best??maybe u can help

First Of all, do not use laxatives Everyday, (I know this is late, but whatever.)

If you take them everyday your body will become dependant on them, and you will not be able to use the restroom without using one. It will seriously kill your digestive system.
