On Sunday I saw "Lorna's Silence" and it was intense. Amazing how I can fall asleep to Hollywood blockbusters and yet be riveted by a movie that follows around a sour-faced character in simple settings with no music track or special effects and be RIVETED ( Read more... )

I'll check him out. Like his voice very much. He sounds a lot like Rufus Wainwright whom I love.

OH GOD I LOVE THAT VIDEO AND SONG SO SO MUCH.

I am so glad (and JEALOUS) you got to see him live! AWESOME.

Here are my Inception fics on delicious!

Hideously out of date and incomplete, but it's a good start? Mirabella's fic remains the Arthur/Eames of my SOUL.

Also, gyzym's Inception fic is all excellent, and her domestic verse and coffeeshop AU are gold standards for a reason.

And everyone will tell you to read Pru's 70K epic, and for good reason, although I have some serious issues with one of the characterizations in particular. But it's still a fic WELL worth reading. And her yoga-instructor Arthur fic is a DELIGHT. Both are here.

Also, if the publishing industry was actually anything like this I would still work at an agent's office reading terrible, terrible novel submissions. This is WONDERFUL, and has ABSURDLY good sex. Actually, anything that I've recced (if it's R and above) is guaranteed to have good sex, because if there's sex, it'd better be good, dammit.

HAPPY READING! \o/

...and when I say 'fics on delicious', I mean my RECS. Oh oh and you should read Lenore's crossover with Adam Lambert!
