Everyone seems to be saying goodbye to Lost, so I thought I'd contribute to the celebration of this amazing show that has been a part of my life for so long.

Lost is probably the only show with a big complicated mythology that I just simply watched. I never tried to figure out what it all meant; I was always just happy letting the story reveal

Which is why I haven't been freaking out about the end or getting upset where this season is taking everyone. I don't have any anxiety over like I did with BSG, which is beautiful.

WORD. I feel exactly the same way. I'm paying my respects to the show tonight (the 4 1/2 hour Lostapalooza just started here) but I don't feel stressed about it ending since, even though I was obsessed with S1&2, I haven't been strongly attached to this show for a few years now. But I've seen every episode, and it's been a fun ride. I can't even guess how the show will end and don't really care. I'm looking forward to watching without having any particular expectations.

Dude, me too. I'm pretty sure I'll be cool with whatever they come up with to end it. It is a great show no matter what, and I can count the number of people I've gotten into ths show on two hands. It has definitely been a fun ride.
