I just loved the way Joe did that collapse.. just kind of in stages, slumping to the ground and then his entire body just going relaxed as he loses consciousness and his arms slip down from across his chest... *squeees*

I loooove Joe's body language as Shep flops down on the bed.. it's soooo deliberately bored mixed in with a little frustration... it's very very Sheppard! :D (And very very sexy too! ;))
